Josh has spent the last 20 years in the sports performance industry, where he has worked with over 75 MLB athletes on their off-season training. In the past 5 years, he has expanded his focus to help clients of all backgrounds manage pain and rehab both chronic and acute injuries. Josh holds a degree in Sports Medicine from Missouri Baptist University, where he also played college baseball. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT).

Colton’s passion for performance training began early, while he wrestled in college at Minot State University in North Dakota. Colton earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from MSU. With 10 years of extensive experience training both athletes and the general population, Colton is a Certified FRC Mobility Specialist and a FRA Functional Range Specialist. His expertise in KinStretch has been invaluable to our clients, particularly those looking to improve their mobility and overall performance.

Karly’s passion for performance and rehabilitation began after experiencing a basketball injury in high school, which sparked her drive to help athletes recover and perform at their highest level. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Tennessee Technological University and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from South College. With experience working with active individuals and athletes, Karly is certified in dry needling, cupping, Barbell Rehab method, NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT), running gait analysis, and pelvic floor rehabilitation.
